Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of FeatureYourListing.com. Please also ensure you read our Earnings Disclaimer – which covers what kind of results you can expect from our service.
We issue refunds for our service where we have not been able to perform the following:
1. Get your property that is listed appearing as a result in Google News for any kind of search phrase.
2. Get your property featured on at least 100+ local and national news websites, subject to it being purged (see below for further information on this).
3. For any other reasons we may refund your order, at our sole discretion. We want to keep our customers happy and if you feel we have not performed our service adequately, we may offer you a refund.
For the purposes of this section, the definition of ‘featured’ is that we got your property to appear as a page on a third party website.
Please note that website pages do get ‘purged’ – that is that the website owner may remove the content over time (sometimes a few days, sometimes 30 days, sometimes 60 days). For the purposes of our refund policy, if your property is featured and then later purged, this does count towards the 10 websites in section (3) above and will be considered a successful featured placement.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving our products.
There are no refunds for any unused credits. That is, featured listing packages that you have bought but not actually used. We offer a refund only for where we’ve performed work and did not meet the service obligations listed above.
We cannot provide refunds for a service that never took place. Because we offer discounted pricing on credits and pricing promotions over time, we cannot refund these credits.
You will have the chance to review and sign-off on the wording of the featured property promotion before we get the placements. This includes any image that will be used. For this reason, we do not offer refunds where you were unhappy with any of the wording used – it is up to you to correct this before we get them published.
